There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished
