Holiday rentals with a patio in Ataşehir

Great place to stay in Istanbul. Right next to a ferry terminal and near the tram for a quick ride into the golden horn. Awesome terrace with views across to the Asian side. The steps up to the flat as mentioned in other reviews aren’t that bad, and they are worth it anyway for the view. Responsive communication and key code/key box entry made for a swift entry when we arrived after a late night flight. Recommend to other travellers and would stay again.

Bagdatoglu was friendly. His place was super clean and nitty. Tge check in more than perfect and supppper easy and smooth!! Thanks.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Loved this neighbourhood so much. So many great cafes and chill local vibes. We are so happy that we stayed here. We slept really well and feel so lucky that Omer allowed us to check in earlier and later. He was super flexible and easy to communicate with.

Great place with good location, local markets and restaurants are amazing. It’s very good opportunity to see real local life in Istanbul and still to be near Istiklal, Taksim and other popular places in 10 minutes walk.

Alp’s apartment was perfect. I booked it for the great location and for the washer. We had been traveling for a week and needed to do laundry. His apartment had everything; towels, laundry detergent, coffee, a cute balcony, comfy couch & bed. A short walk to the Galata tower and a ton of restaurants. 100% recommend staying here.

It is very close to the Galata Tower in terms of location. House cleaning and the amenities offered are more than satisfactory. We didn't have any trouble. The terrace and the view are also very beautiful. If you have a lot of luggage and you don't like climbing stairs, I can say that the only disadvantage is that there is no elevator.

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

I loved this airbnb! The airbnb actually was bigger than it looked in the photos. Its very sunny and its lovely to hang out out. Both rooms where comfortable and cozy. Getting there was easy and its a very calm area.

The flat was great! The view made the 6 floor walk up worth it. It was perfect for our stay, so close to a lot of great attractions, restaurants and shops. The view of galata tower was also fairytale-like and beautiful.

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Perfectly clean apartment, aesthetically decorated, kitchen for cooking, spacious fridge, beautiful view from the window, supermarket nearby, convenient walking path to Göztepe metro.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.
