It offers all amenities with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom, kitchen island, dishwasher, induction stovetop, built-in oven and microwave/oven. The house has a large terrace with outdoor furniture (in spring, summer and autumn) and charcoal grill. The house is about 75 meters from Lake Skagern and close to swimming, fishing and a campsite with a kiosk, mini golf, boat and canoe rental. Boat ramp may be used for a fee.
