Enjoy peace and quiet in the natural surroundings in the vicinity of Hardangervidda and the interesting UNESCO town of Rjukan, with exciting war and industrial history. Here you can live completely undisturbed and alone and enjoy lazy days, or exciting trips in the woods and on the plains. It takes about 40 minutes to the tourist town of Rjukan, where you can find a water park, the cross-country ski track, Vemork Industrial Workers' Museum, Gaustatoppen and the ski resort on Gausta. Idyllic spot by Lake Tinnsjøen near Rjukan

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Outboard motor 1-3 days NOK 400, -

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Fjellsyn is located 1110 m above sea level and is a beautiful log cabin/granary on Haugastøl, with a stunning panorama view overlooking Ustevann and Hardangervidda National Park. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset in the east, and Hardanger in the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and tracks in the area

Cozy cabin, with a special location

The cabin is centrally located in Austbygde which is an eldorado for trips in summer and winter. There is a short distance to Skirvedalen, where in winter there are miles of great ski slopes waiting for you. In summer there is a great swimming spot in the river nearby. There is also a short distance to Sandviken camping by Tinnsjøen which has a wide range of leisure activities. It is 30 km to Rjukan which is listed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Here you can visit Vemork, Solspeilet, take the Krossobanen etc.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Modern furnished cabin on two floors with a great furnished living room and kitchen, 4 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with shower and toilet on both. 60 m2 terrace, with outdoor furniture, gas grill and fire pan. Bed linen and towels can be rented.
