Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Bring the whole family to the great and child-friendly Rauland ski resort. Here you have what you need outside the door. The cabin is located in the first row towards slope 23, and here you can ski right out from the terrace. There are no cabins in front, so here you can enjoy the undisturbed hot tub later in the evening overlooking the Rauland mountains while the kids can ski outside the terrace. The cabin has 3 bedrooms + loft bedroom with double bed. Low ceiling height in the loft room and only curtains for the door, so this room is best suited for children.

Nice Family cabin located 1000 masl 500m from the downhill slope, there are also many nice cross-country trails in Silkedalen which is a few meters away. In the summer there is great hiking terrain. The nearest shops are 10 min away by car to Rauland city center. Perfect location for activities both winter and summer. A little about the cabin: - The cabin was completed in May 2020 -4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a baby cot. -1 living room on the ground floor. Bathroom with washing machine. - Kitchen that is well-equipped. -TV living room 2nd floor.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

The terrace is south/west facing with afternoon/evening sun. Outdoor furniture with fire pit on the terrace. The property is very well located towards the end of a cul-de-sac and adjacent to the alpine slope and cross-country ski trails.
