A soli 4 km potrete godervi splendide giornate di mare nella cittadina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, da sempre un'ambita meta turistica. Dal 1999 il comune si fregia della Bandiera Blu.

Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Welcome to Relais L'Uliveto, our spacious and welcoming home built in 2023 using the best energy-saving technologies. The accommodation is finely furnished, surrounded by nature, just 5 minutes from the sandy beaches of Pineto and the charming medieval village of Atri. With its spaces, it is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples who wish to live an authentic and unique experience. The accommodation enjoys breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Brand new 95 sqm apartment located on the ground floor of a villa in Silvi Paese, with the sea a stone's throw away but enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding countryside. It has two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and a large open space with kitchenette and fireplace equipped with multiple accessories such as dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, oven, Wi-Fi and much more. Castiglione offers tranquility to its guests, excellent traditional peasant dishes and tasty countryside products (oil, wine, pecorino cheese and our arrosticini).
