From what we could tell, Sempreviva Sea Houses are one of the few genuine apartments in Diakofti, with separate bedroom and adequately set up kitchen and open plan lounge and dining room. Genuine water views from the reasonably sized verandah.

A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect family holiday!

Gorgeous view from the balcony! Very quiet and peaceful, but easy walk into Hyrda port for shopping and busier town feel. Sea taxis were readily available and took us to the beach. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and stay for longer.

Me and my partner had an absolutely wonderful 5 day stay. The house is located just a stone's throw away from the sea and offers stunning views all day long, but especially during sunrise and sunset. To some extent, I think the photos don't even do it justice - and the photos themselves already look great. Eating breakfast on the porch as the sun slowly rose over the sea and sailboats lazily sailed past was magical. Altogether a very pleasant traditional Greek home with cozy vibes and wonderfully accommodating hosts. The location also offered a great base to do everything touristy one would want to do in east Attica, warmly recommending a stay here!

Great place all impeccable and above all in the best spot of the island to go to the most beautiful beaches restaurants and sights , all in 15 minutes

Absolutely spectacular views and a lovely place to chill out and take in the scenery. Great little cove to explore with turquoise sea to swim in. The house has everything you need and is both a pretty setting to spend the day at and also well equipped with all the essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets making life easy. It is quite remote so one of the roads to the house that google maps may try to take you on to the house was not passable at the time of our visit. Not a problem once you learn to ignore google. Frank's instructions are good and Frank was very responsive when we had minor issues operating equipment. Salamina is not a wealthy or commercial island but it has a wealth of natural beauty with rugged hills, pine forests and lots of nice pebbly beaches (small and very pretty pebbles and lots of interesting shells). There are some great beach and marina side restaurants. We could happily have stayed longer if we had the time!

We would have loved to stay even longer! The accommodation is very nice, with a great view and you can explore many things in the area. The pool is absolutely amazing. Our host Eva was also very welcoming and it was a pleasure meeting her.

Amazing property built around a traditional and private courtyard, with separate entrances to bedrooms/kitchen/bathroom. Only a few meters and 4-5 steps from the town center, yet super quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the space has great flow and energy. We had great and easy communication with the property management/owners. Hydra is a really pretty island with a steep and picturesque main town and nice trails for running or hiking. No cars!! We were very impressed with the Lemon House and will definitely come back.

This is a charming home that looks like a village. I spent two weeks with three families. We all had our privacy and plenty of room to eat play and have solo Moments in. The light hits the walls in a very special way creating a luminous dreamy effect. I like the town it’s quaint but has all the basic needs. A big supermarket walking distance and a hospital in case of emergency’s. Your in the middle of all the important things to see at equal distance. Oh and only 9 minutes from the airport. The host were very nice, the house is clean and everything is truly luxurious. Thanks!

Dimitris is an excellent host. He gives recommendations for various attractions you can find on the island and he’s always available for anything you might need. The flat was luxurious and sparkling clean. The best feature was definitely the balcony with an excellent view of the sea and the horizon. 5 stars!

Stayed at Elena’s for a month while taking a class nearby. I felt at home… clean, quiet, minimalist and very comfortable! Terrific bathroom/shower and comfy bed! Convenient to walk to school as well as Syntagma, Plaka, Koukaki and of course, Pangrati cafes, grocery stores, bars and more. Elena responded very quickly to all inquiries and even ordered (for delivery) several kitchen items that were missing, and some to better accommodate my “cooking at home” needs. Loved having a washer & dryer, too! Highly recommend! Sad to leave!

Extremely clean and modernly equipped spaces with beautiful aesthetics for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal and the parking space is very convenient.
