Holiday rentals with lake access in Attica

A magical place overlooking the lake. Quiet and calming, had a lovely yoga session to start the day and a refreshing swim afterwards. The lake is a short walk downhill but the best beach is nearby in Heraion where you pass through ancient ruins to swim (we walked there but we like a good hike- best to take a car if not up to it). Fantastic sea food with the sea on your feet (actually sat on the beach). House was spacious and well organised, kitchen fully equiped and also a bbq (tempting but ate out). Mattress very comfortable. Large veranda to cool with a glass of wine in the evening. Ioanna was a lovely host, very helpful and suggesting hikes and activities to our interests. Will definitely come back!

The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

A magic destination and perfect for a family - as a base to explore Kythira from or to just spend the day at the most magnificent little sheltered bay. Joshua was an excellent host - he met us on arrival and explained everything about the house, the area and island and responded to all our questions and helped make our stay perfect. I hope we are able to return soon.

Mr. Lori welcomed us on behalf of the owner and made us feel right at home immediately. He explained how everything worked in the home in simple terms. The home is new, with great a/c, lighting and for me most importantly a Nespresso machine. Well located at the entry to Ververonda, close to all of Porto Heli’s attractions. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed in this wonderful house and we really enjoyed it!! The house was spotless, new, beautiful and with a BREATHTAKING view of the sea and the greenery!! We enjoyed every moment we sat in the yard with my family, talking, eating and watching the view!! In the yard there were also frogs, banana trees and a relaxing hammock!! The hosts are so hospitable and always willing to help us with anything we need, and above all, they are good people!! As for the location, it is also excellent, a few steps from the beach and a few minutes by car from Galatas and Poros!! We were absolutely satisfied! We will definitely come back and I highly recommend it, especially to people who really want to feel "nature"!! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Very good stay, incredible view!!! Exceptional terrace! A few steps from the metro, very convenient and a few good restaurants nearby as well. Ultra responsive owner, always good advice and caring, I recommend without worries.

We had a fabulous stay here in Vouliagmeni for a family wedding. The Great Terrace was a feature, the view was fabulous. There was some construction going on next door which was a slight shame. The apartment was very well located, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Air conditioning was welcomed with the warm weather and we enjoyed a beverage on the terrace admiring the water views of Vouliagmeni beach. The kids loved the luxury of having their own bedroom. The shower was very small but having 2 toilets was a bonus. There were many stairs to climb to get to the apartment but as a young family that didn’t bother us, the view was worth it! Overall, a wonderful place to stay as a family.

We had a really lovely stay. Plenty of space, both for being social together and time for our teenagers to also have some privat time. So nice with the private area outside, with good furnitures to enjoy both the morning coffee and meals throughout the day:) We felt so welcome at this place. Thank you💗

Great place near restaurants and cafe and walkable to the beach. Apartment was perfect for our small family and was nice and quiet when sitting outside in the balcony.
