Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aubagne

What can I say? Absolutely the best experience using Air BNB with Brice as our host. He greeted us upon arrival, carried our bags to the 3rd floor and showed us the apartment and how everything functioned. He left us some fruits, drinks and snacks to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. His place was spotless. The unit is recently renovated and located no more than a 5 minute walk to Aix Historic district. The unit also has parking which is rare in Aix. Would highly recommend his place to anyone coming to Aix. He also met us when we checked out and offered to take our bags down for us. Just an absolute classy person. Thanks again for your hospitality, Brice. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Une semaine dans le magnifique studio de Matteo dans le vieux Aix à proximité d’une multitude de bons restaurants. J’ai adoré lézarder dans la vieille ville . Aix est très animée et vraiment très belle. Bref une note parfaite ! 😍

We are first time visitors to Cassis and were not sure of where to stay, we did not have a car and even if we did this was the perfect location, Close to everything, great being abe to look back at the port and see whats going on, yes it can be nosiy, but if you want quiet stay in the countryside. We felt right at home and quickly the Appt become ours to enjoy, The cooking facilities and equipment was top class and we had everything and more then we needed. Everything is in walking distance and all we needed we could get from the Market ( a Must do) and the local convenience stores had everthing we wanted, sure the supermarket which is a drive away would be cheaper, but really not that big a saving You get a complete feeling for the town from here and it was a week that we throughly enjoyed and would stay again Chonyucha was so helpful with tips and ideas and there booklet on recommendations was excellent, Julia was lovely and meet us on arrival and was vert helpful as well

We had such a lovely stay here. The atmosphere is so nice and everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend this beautiful place!

Juliette’s property was exactly as described. A very comfortable apartment, decorated with a relaxed, restful theme in a brilliant location. A bottle of Rosé was left for us. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee capsules. The absolute standout feature was the terrace. Equally brilliant for morning coffee and aperitifs. Because the apartment is on the top (4th) floor facing away from the street below, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Juliette is a generous property owner who has created a welcoming, comfortable home in the centre of Aix-en-Provence. Paid secure parking is available around the corner. Juliette is certainly a superhost. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights! Thank you.

L’appartement est exceptionnel et l’emplacement idéal dans ce 7e arrondissement que nous adorons. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse le matin, le soir et en journée. La vue est inoubliable. La climatisation tient l’appartement au frais pour des nuits reposantes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, il y a quasiment tout pour cuisiner. Les services Orange fonctionnent parfaitement et le wifi est optimal. Enfin, Jean-Francois a été un hôte fabuleux nous recommandant quelques adresses culinaires. Merci encore à lui pour ce séjour de l’Ascension mémorable. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons vivement!

Yosr was an amazing host, kind, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. The apartment was exactly as pictured, if not better, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Anytime there was even the slightest confusion, Yosr was quick to respond and proactive in offering a solution or alternative. The location was perfect: right in the heart of downtown Marseille, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and just a short walk to the metro and train station — ideal for day trips to places like Monaco, Cannes, or Nice. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the AC was a huge bonus during the hot weather. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wir haben Anfang Mai ein paar Tage in Carqueiranne verbracht. Stephane und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich Empfangen. Das Apartment ist ein wahres Refugium. Wunderschön, umgeben von Natur und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

La villa est une pépite à 5min à pieds du centre ville d'Aix, conforme à la description et aux photos. Les places de parking disponibles sont un gros atout pour une location à plusieurs avec véhicules. L'accueil avec Emma de la conciergerie a été super: amicale, réactive et flexible, ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Séjour très agréable, très belle vue sur la vigne et les collines. La climatisation était bienvenue...Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Christiane.

Un logement de grande qualité, dans un environnement paisible. Anne et son mari sont très sympathiques et prévenants, nous avons eu des conversations très agréables.

Absolutely fabulous place! Built and decorated to a really high standard and has the amenities you could need and more! Perfect for a family break, there’s even children’s cutlery and games. Would recommend this place to everyone! On top of that, Valerie is a fantastic host- very proactive in messaging and arranging arrival and very helpful giving recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Super emplacement pour visiter Cassis. L’appartement est bien agencé, bien équipé et très agréable pour un séjour à deux. Seul hic, le clocher de l’église très proche qui sonne toutes les heures même en pleine nuit et qui peut embêter ceux qui n’ont pas l’habitude et qui aime le calme comme nous

Appartement vaste et lumineux, dans une résidence très calme, à quelques pas des plages. Les instructions de Laurent ont été très claires, facilitant l'arrivée. La place dans le parking intérieur de la résidence est un vrai plus. Séjour très agréable

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung mit einer super Ausstattung. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt am Fährhafen ist, ist es angenehm ruhig in der Wohnung. Bonuspunkte für das sehr bequeme Bett. Manuel war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns herzlich empfangen :)

Sehr süße Haus . Vor Ort ist alles was du brauchst . Leider ist es ziemlich laut . Straße und laute Musik ist schon auf Dauer sehr nervig. Aber im ganzen war es super . Vor allem der direkte Blick aufs Meer ♥️

Had a wonderful time staying at Valérie and Daniel’s apartment for four nights. Pictures of the view do not do it justice, one of the most beautiful views to enjoy all day from the terrace!

We stayed at Fredric’s apartment for 2 weeks of wonderful weather which allowed us to make full use of the 2 spacious balconies. We ate all meals on the balcony and enjoyed the wonderful views from them. The modernisation of the apartment, which is on 2 floors, has been done to maximise the balcony space which results in the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor being quite small and the bathroom in the front bedroom being very tight. The other 2 bathrooms are more spacious and well equipped. The kitchen, lounge and dining areas are spacious and very comfortable. Caution needs to be taken on the stairs to the 2 upper bedrooms as they have narrow steps. The garage space is tight (like most car parks in France) but luckily there was only 1 other car in the garage during our stay. The location is ideal for shops, restaurants and the sandy beach. Sandrine was most helpful on our arrival and departure and responded quickly to a couple of small issues.

Great place, great host! Incredibly walkable for Cassis as well. Step out the front door and you’re in the heart of town. 10/10 would recommend
