37 m² cottage in Aubais, between Nîmes and Montpellier, directly overlooking the garrigue. The sea is 25 minutes away (La Grande Motte and Le Grau-du-Roi). You will have a recent habitat with all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, sofa bed, terrace and a mini pool. The bathroom features a large 140/90 shower and toilet. The bedroom has a 160/200 bed, a dresser and closet Parking inside in the garden with pool, all private and not overlooked.

Located 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Pic Saint-Loup, this small haven of peace will allow you to discover the hinterland, to walk in the vineyards while enjoying the beaches around Montpellier. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
