Entrance overlooking kitchen open to living room, a veranda. A laundry room and toilet are also on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a walk-through bedroom. On the 2nd floor, a large room with 4 beds, a bathroom with toilet.

In the Lot-et-Garonne countryside and close to Walibi Park, our detached villa (180 m2) ensures peace and quiet to share with family or friends. Nearby environment: green holidays, landscaped side canal to the Garonne, cycling, water sports, hiking, fishing, canal bridge, locks. But also Olympic swimming pool, lake, swimming, leisure, tennis courts in the village, tree climbing course and recreational thermal baths (Casteljaloux).
