This apartment gave us complete satisfaction. It is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, bright and ideally located to discover Rodez (and either there are no neighbors, or it is very well soundproofed). We were able to find a place just down the street on each trip, we are close to everything on foot: city center, markets, shops, museums... Marie is very communicative and obviously cares about making us feel at home.

We were hosted very well. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and in the exchanges with Pierre. The accommodation is very clean, functional, spacious and pleasant. Everything you need is available for a pleasant stay. This accommodation is ideal for being quiet while being in the city.

Pierre's apartment matches the photos and description. very pleasant, very clean and nicely decorated. very well equipped, well located for visiting Figeac alone, the noise of the road can be a little annoying, but the other qualities of the apartment compensate for this disadvantage.

Maité offers accommodation with very good value for money. She welcomed me and was available throughout the stay. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent in every way.

We stayed 4 days in the accommodation located 10 minutes' walk from the center. A shop nearby. Well-equipped, clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the parking space.

jacques and his wife are very welcoming hosts. the apartment is nice. It's a shame you don't have more views of the river.

Vincent was very welcoming, with clear and precise instructions and advice. He was attentive to our requests. The accommodation is well located (the city center is within walking distance in 15 minutes and supermarket in 5 min.) Well-equipped and functional, it is very well soundproofed, despite the nearby road, no noise disturbed our tranquility. I highly recommend this listing! If we have to come back to Maurs, it will be here without any hesitation.
