Waiheke Island is a special place! Listen to the sound of the sea and the birds in the valley, wake up and experience the beauty of Waiheke. Relax and enjoy Waiheke where it is always a little warmer! My peaceful private studio under my house offers tranquility with a peep of the sea. Walk to the beautiful beach to swim, wander or sit in the sun. Take the bus or hike around to discover the treasures of delicious food, wine, beer offerings from the many exciting venues dotted around the island, and then, return to my studio to relax and enjoy a restful environment created especially for you. A spacious downstairs studio on the private and peaceful lower level of my home awaits your arrival, complete with separate entrance, clean, quiet, modern and comfortable accommodation, and an outdoor shower for washing off the sand after time on the beach. A comfortable Queen sized bed, ironed linen, and continental breakfast are all on offer. Enjoy the sunshine in privacy on the deck whilst listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves breaking on the sand of the magnificent Palm Beach up through the valley. The calls of the Tui’s and native birds in the bush at the bottom of the garden fill the air with excitement early in the morning and at sunset. Savor the sounds whilst enjoying a glass of wine at the deck bar. The studio offers privacy, views and relaxation. Warm modern stylish furniture inside and a sun drenched terrace outside for relaxing, dining or just enjoying the sounds of silence. Unlimited Wi-Fi, high speed internet, Netflix, Lightbox and Sky are available. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs and chilly bin available on request. Whilst there is a micro and convection oven, there are no facilities for stove top cooking, but there are loads of different delicious ready made meals available from deli’s and restaurants around the island. You are welcome to use the bbq by arrangement. Use of the iron, washer and dryer can be arranged. If necessary send a text for a quick reply The studio is nestled at the top of a hill with a peep of the sea in the distance and the green of the trees in the valley. Palm Beach is just a stroll away with its sandy beach, great swimming and rocky outcrops. The local dairy /convenience store, near the beach has really good coffee and toasties and the restaurant next door serves yummy food both are a big draw card. Explore the rest of this beautiful island and all it offers by foot, bus or car from my relaxing and spotlessly clean studio. For complete freedom, drive over in your own car or rent a car on the island – we have off road parking. But we are not too far from the bus, and the taxi driver is a friend. The well-known nude beach down the road at Little Palm Beach, is the opportunity to sunbathe in privacy if that is your thing. Otherwise, there are many other beautiful beaches to discover and appreciate, Palm Beach, Oneroa, Onetangi, Enclosure Bay to name just a few. Here you can have it all, the house is situated really close to the beach, which is only a 5 minute stroll away, The wineries and the 9 hole golf club are nearby and its not too far from the supermarket in Ostend. Make a pit stop at the dairy/ convenience and sandwich store and the new restaurant - Arcadia - down near the beach within walking distance from my studio.

Outdoor deck, bedroom and lounge , are ideal for relaxing with views of bush and Manukau Harbour. West wing appartment is entirely private. Close to Auckland Airport, West Wing Apartment, has its own entrance and driveway parking in a leafy family Neighbourhood. 2km from the Southern Motorway and hustle and bustle of Manukau City. Totara Park is across the road, and it's a short stroll to Botanical Gardens. Manukau Mall, Rainbows End, White Water Park, and MIT are a seven-minute drive away. Main train Station and Bus Station is located at the mall which is 7 mins drive. Pets OK by arrangement ONLY.
