Beautiful 120 m2 apartment with panoramic view, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, 10 minutes' walk from Arcachon Train Station and 100 metres from pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach in front of the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 metres from where the fireworks of July 14 and August 15 are fired every year.

Welcome to our studio located at the bottom of our garden with an independent entrance and with access to the pool. Ideally located between Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Close to shops, the port, Bassin beach, bike paths and the Domaine de Certes and Graveyron. The studio is air-conditioned, fully equipped with cupboard (fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker with pods, toaster, kettle). Sheets and towels are provided.
