Ionio - Apartment with sea view and breakfast

The Ionio is a mini apartment ideal for 2-3 people. It is located on the ground floor of the "Window to the Sea" structure. It has a kitchenette, air conditioning, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, wi-fi, a television with satellite receiver, a safe, and a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning while admiring the sea or dinner in the evening. The gazebo, which can be completely closed, allows you to enjoy the view even on cooler days. Parking inside the B&B is free.

We are in the heart of Ortigia. Our terrace overlooks the sea, where we serve our breakfasts, made of good and genuine things. We like to welcome guests into our home, consisting of four bedrooms with private bathrooms, make them feel at home, share part of our life and stories with them. We listen to the stories of those who come to visit us and create relationships. This is why our home is simple and authentic and makes you dream.

B&B Anapama Dieci di denari (la matta)

Anapama has four different accommodations visible in my profile (Vivien). The ten of denari is about 24sqm, is completely separate from the main house and has a small private garden. From the entrance we have an open space with a small kitchenette equipped with all accessories, double bed with large window overlooking the garden and private bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioner and heat pump.

Zanzibar House

Zanzibar house is located in the center of Avola and consists of 4 very bright bedrooms, equipped with balcony, flat screen TV, private fridge, heating and air conditioning. Each room has wifi connection, private bathroom with bidet, hairdryer, courtesy kit and towel service. The property also offers a kitchen and a large living area with tables and seating. Free parking is available on the premises.
