Villa de caractère alliant élégance et confort. Trois chambres : une suite avec lit king-size (180 cm), une chambre avec lit king-size (160 cm) et une chambre avec deux lits simples (90 cm). Deux salles de bain (douche à l’italienne et baignoire) et deux toilettes indépendantes. Cuisine entièrement équipée et chauffage central. Sauna traditionnel au feu de bois pour une parenthèse bien-être (10€ par utilisation)

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

The house is located in a small village 9 km from Argentat and its shops. It is just across the street from our house, but we make every effort to preserve the privacy of our guests. Several activities are possible in the surroundings: swimming (lakes, aquatic center, swimming pool), hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, gliding and many tourist sites.
