Conveniently located near the "Rose" city of Toulouse and short drive to the Pyrenees mountains. The house has been recently renovated, preserving many beautiful, unique historic details. The first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge, which opens to an intimate balcony overlooking the Garonne River with spectacular sunsets.

Village house in exposed stone, renovated, very bright, 90m2. Parking in front of the house. Ideal for hiking and walks in the Pyrenees/getaway to Toulouse. Train station within walking distance. All shops in the municipality, on foot. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher); TV/Wi-Fi lounge and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and one bathroom WC. A very large bedroom with dressing room and 140 bed. A small bedroom with a 140 bed.

The accommodation is quiet in an entirely wooden style, inside and outside. It is equipped with a 35m2 room with kitchen, shower, and toilet. And on the mezzanine, via the staircase, there are 2 separate beds with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The maximum height is 1.8m. Outside there is a garden with a terrace of 10m2, where you can eat, drink and rest. In the courtyard closed, you can park your vehicle in front of the front door. Electrical vehicle charge is forbidden.

La Cabane du Chevreuil welcomes you to a 4 ha permaculture site for a comfortable, exotic and informative stay in the heart of nature. Optionally in the evening, a platter of 10 varieties of farm cheeses will be served in the cabin or outside to admire the sunset accompanied by salad and wine as well as gourmet homemade desserts.
