The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Stay in our spacious loft. NB: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private (We live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa no longer available.

Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.
