We loved our stay here and the hosts Jared and Kristy were lovely and very responsive! Studio was nice, cozy and clean. It was more spacious than we expected for the 3 of us. Weather was freezing in Melb and a heater was also kindly set up for us. Location is fantastic, in front of the beautiful Carlton Gardens and easily walkable to the city and surrounding suburbs (e.g. Fitzroy). We left our car in the car park and walked everywhere we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (also appreciated the recommendations by the hosts). Apartment complex is very secure (incl. car park). We'd like stay here when we visit Melb again in the near future.

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

We had such an amazing time staying at Lynn's place. It was conveniently located right in the heart of the CBD within walking distance to shops, shows and restaurant's. Very clean and convenient. We would definately stay again.

Had an amazing stay at Queenie’s place! The apartment was cosy, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication was spot on the entire time. My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.

Ella’s place was perfect ! Amazing views, clean and tidy, comfortable bed and block out curtains. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Great location next to the conference centre and only a short distance away from the CBD. Highly recommend staying at Ella’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom and kitchen and great uninterrupted view out over the city and it felt very quiet and peaceful. The location was awesome, we could walk to some great restaurants and attractions or easily jump on the tram. There is also a car hire across the road which was handy. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Henfry’s place. Our favourite part was the view - absolutely stunning! The apartment was neat and clean. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

The apartment was centrally located within walking distance to most of the places we were visiting in the city. With a tram stop on the doorstep, we were able to take a tram for travel outside the CBD. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the amenities within the building, such as the swimming pool and sauna, were all available to guests. Cheng was very responsive to any questions we sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Sunrise - very comfy beds, very clean, appreciated the milk in the fridge, beautiful views, great kitchen to cook in, very warm, Table tennis table was fun, lots of gorgeous birds, quiet neighbours thanks Jan we cannot wait to come back!!

We had the most lovely stay as Dan’s getaway in Venus Bay. Dan was very accomodating and responsive to communication. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

A very beautiful part of the world and a comfortable and clean accomodation in a gorgeous neighbourhood to make our visit extra relaxing. The pool was a real hit with our family! The landscaping at this home and the surrounding homes is spectacular. Thanks for hosting us, Nikki :)

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the ambiance was just as lovely as the photos (if not better!). We highly recommend this host and would love to stay here again in the future.
