Hillside Apartment with Lake View Terrace

Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. You will fall in love with the old road surrounded by the olives trees. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

Spacious, Air Conditioner, Few Minutes to the Castle

This is a beautiful elegant apartment with hardwood floors and antique furniture. There are 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king-size bed and private terrace/ patio, second bedroom with two twin beds that can become a king-size bed and with direct access to the big terrace, the third bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined if necessary. There is plenty of closet space, ideal for six . A cot and a high chair are available upon request, for no extra charge. It has two bathrooms, both with a new big shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area, and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy dining and sunbathing. The large wraparound terrace is furnished with dining table, eight chairs, and three long chairs. The garden belongs to the condominium but rarely there are other people ( only 5 apartments and 4 of them are rarely occupied ). You can enjoy the garden and pick the ripe fruit directly from the trees , in season. The care taker will be available for informations regarding the house and the area. The property is located 5 minutes walking distance from the center of town, which is home to a number of great shops, restaurants, markets, a pharmacy, and beaches. It is also 3 minutes from the cable car. We can arrange taxi from and to the airport or other destinations. The house has 1 parking space included in the price. An additional parking can be purchase for 40€/week. This is a perfect place for guests that needs peace and yet it is a very easy, short walk to the center of town.

The apartment is duplex, there are two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The environment is nice, well-maintained, beautifully decorated. Many amenities, the possibility of using the garage, and a cabinet that is heated for ski equipment. The host is kind, and they're putting a lot of work into the place to make it welcoming and comfortable. Thank you!!

We stayed 6 nights at Sara in Casa De Val and felt super comfortable 🥰 the kitchen is well equipped with appliances and everything was clean. Sara is directly on site and super sweet. Lago di Caldonazzo is a 10-minute walk away and in the area can be hiked superbly. We highly recommend it!

We stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and possibility to use the BBQ. For kids there is also a games rooms with pingpong and pool table and a big selection of duplo. Sara was always very helpful. The apartment is in Tiarno di Sotto, which is 600m higher than lake Garda and therefore a bit cooler.

In addition to the large balcony, Casa Rosa also has a large terrace which is shaded and a little away from the traffic noise. There are still great views even though the terrace is a bit behind the building. The patio became our favorite place to stay. But we also needed shade: -) Very nice and well-maintained garden with herbs, among other things. Very friendly staff on site!

We had a great time in the apartment under the roof. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The window in the living room is amazing and with the view we never turned on the TV. The balcony is also nice and large and screened. The bathroom is large and modern and the bed cozy. The very nice pool was unfortunately not yet fit for the season, but we still got sun loungers and were able to enjoy the sun in this beautiful place. You can walk to the lake and restaurants as well as a small supermarket in 4-8 minutes. In 10 minutes you will reach a larger spar. The landlord gave us great tips and the dog is super sweet.

A place immersed in nature, surrounded by hills covered with apples and mountains in the distance that paint this beautiful landscape. For those who love nature and tranquility, it's the perfect place to spend your holidays. The Royal Gala apartment, where we stayed in 6 for New Year's Eve, is in perfect harmony with the context, characterized by a ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a very comfortable decor. The kitchen is well stocked with all its accessories, but despite this there are some small gaps such as a serrated knife to be able to cut bread, an extra cutting board, and a scissor. The Alpenvidehof farm could be a bit difficult to reach because with the navigator it does not mark the right path to get there, but the owner of the house Susanna, available and very nice, will take you from the center of Tavon to your destination. Giving up, it's a place I highly recommend and where we'll definitely be back.

Great lovingly self-built holiday home with four apartments, large garden, playground, barbecue area. Our children and we loved it. The house is quite remote in the middle of apple orchards. Well maintained, clean and well appointed. Kind and helpful hosts. Bed linen, towels, coffee capsules and homemade apple juice are available. We bought toilet paper, charcoal, etc. at the nearest supermarket.

Pros : a really very nice place to stay, everything neat, quiet location Cons : We were there with our bus and the access to the house was extremely difficult to reach (very tight and angled). There is a small very steep path down into town above the house on the Panoramica. Unfortunately, it is not illuminated in the dark. Alternatively, it works very well with the taxi up (10€).
