A beautiful fully furnished apartment on the second floor of an ancient Neapolitan building from 1891 with an elevator. Spacious, bright and with very high ceilings, windows and balcony overlooking one of the most vibrant and authentic areas of the center. A large bedroom with a king-size bed and a Memorex mattress, a wardrobe and desk, a bright living area with a sofa, a kitchen with everything you need to immerse yourself in the Neapolitan culinary tradition, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is available for guests and covered by free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. We love to entertain, help to discover the city, and make friends with solar, friendly, warm-hearted, travelers (not tourists), who love their life and who are as flexible as needed to truly experience Naples, a little less we love to host rigid and uncompromising people, perfection maniacs or stressed tourists who think they're booking a hotel at low price. For that matter, we strongly advise those kind of tourists against the imperfection of Naples and its culture. Characteristic and authentic area in the middle of two of the oldest areas of Naples, surrounded by markets, shops, restaurants and services of all kinds and a stone's throw from transport, museums and monuments. Real daily life in Naples, far from stereotypes and scenes built especially for tourists who only look for the same city in every place. Undoubtedly a hectic place (beware of you, delicate ears seeking peace), but totally worth living in. And loved. Most of the things you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded by all kinds of shops and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stops and taxi areas are a few meters from home, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and both the airport and port are 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments, you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is a few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is a 15-minute walk from the National Archaeological Museum, the Madre Contemporary Museum and a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompeii, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name a few common destinations. The whole center of Naples, without particular exceptions, is a very active and frenetic place (we are also known for this :D). Popular excitement is an intrinsic and characteristic part of Neapolitan culture, an eternal living theater. For almost all tourists, this reality represents part of the beauty they want to dive into when visiting Naples, but of course everyone is different, has their own history and habits. If you come from very quiet and peaceful areas, you know you are intolerant to chaos, your sleep is so light that even the ticking of a clock can be a problem, we suggest you opt for more residential areas outside the center such as the Vomero, Fuorigrotta or Posillipo area. But in this case, know that you'll be missing the best:)

Climb the white marble staircase to the breathtaking rooftop terrace, boasting unforgettable views of the hills surrounding Florence and the historic center. This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.
