A 40 m2 studio located on the ground floor of my house. Kitchen area (hotplate, fridge, microwave, mini oven, washing machine)) bathroom 2 sinks, toilet and shower. In front of the studio, access to a private outdoor lawn of 100 m2, equipped with garden furniture and a summer kitchen: gas barbecue grill, gas stove with gas oven. The studio is located in a hamlet of 30 people in a place called Vielvic in Lozere. You can't park in front of the house but 50 meters max.
