Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.

Nothing fancy, but a quaint spot for a those who want to be by the sea. Octopus's garden: The octopus is a mysterious, elusive sea creature that decorates and tends the entrance garden to its hide-a -way home with a collection of shiny and found objects. Great energy for couples on honeymoon or others wanting spending quality time together. Walking distance to the Albemarle Sound and 5 minute drive to the beach. YMCA enjoy as well
