Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

Excellent apartments in the very center of Yerevan

We had a lovely stay at Davit’s apartment in Yerevan. Perfect location, clean and comfortable beds, good cooking supplies, and Davit was very communicative and attentive to our needs.

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

Great location and very nice apartment inside! Separately, I note that the owner of the apartment was very quick to answer any questions, recommended many cool places and in general was very friendly! The only thing to know is the 5th floor, no elevator. There was no problem for us. The apartment has everything you need. The apartment itself is large, clean and cozy. A separate plus is that there is a desk for work. It is not visible in the photos as it appeared recently. The apartment is located in the center, you can walk to many attractions and restaurants. Very glad we chose this place! We were very happy,

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

Wonderful place in the city center!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!
