Excellent host and condo. Would stay again.

Andrew’s condo is exactly as described. A 10 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities you could want. This was particularly helpful for us when we are flying and can’t bring items like umbrellas, chairs, or beach carts with us. Andrew also recommended that we load the beach cart up downstairs as the condo is on the 2nd floor, which was a very helpful tip! Having all the beach supplies was amazing and we would stay here again for sure.

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

This place absolutely blew us away. The view is incredible; even better than the pictures! The apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious and clean. The home is pretty much fully equipped with appliances which was very helpful! The beach is located steps away and very private, we could’ve stayed at this one beach the whole time and not felt the need to go to another. This place was truly a hidden gem, we will definitely be back.

We stayed here for Father's Day and it was perfect. We have a pretty demanding life with a toddler so I booked this trip with rest and relaxation in mind and this home did not disappoint. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. You can even see the sunrise. The host's were great. They offered us a early check-in and late check-out. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of this but it was so sweet of them to offer. BEST airbnb I've ever stayed in. Go ahead and book!

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! Location! Location! Location!... We walked to local restaurants. Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream and the awesome new Warehouse Cafe coffee shop are right across the street. Mini Golf just down the road. And! The beach is just a mile away. The condo was exactly as described. Well appointed. Super clean. And shades of blue in the decor brings a cool coastal vibe. Thank you, Anthony. We stayed at Constance's condo while we were in Naples to be with our Dad while he was in the hospital up the road. Constance was flexible and helpful with everything, especially as we had an unusual situation and didn't know how long we would need a place to stay, but didn't want to be stranded without one, plus the family members staying would change a few days in. We were especially grateful for her accommodations with all that uncertainty. The condo was lovely and peaceful, perfectly located, and a wonderful place to return to after a hard day in ICU! It was clean, well-stocked, and the beds were comfy; stores and restaurants were super close by, and we couldn't have asked for anything to better fit our needs. We hope to return to this lovely area some day under happier circumstances, and would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

We liked this spot! The flat was clean, neat and had everything one could need to cook and cater at home. It was just my wife and I so plenty of space for us. We liked the marina, pool was great! Also the location was perfect for our needs, near enough to Naples and Marco Island, but a much more relaxed and peaceful setting! Also nice and near to Everglades adventures that we were mainly interested in!

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We had a lovely weekend here. Spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shaded and screened and had an awesome view of the gulf. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Place was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy florida.

Great place to go with your family! Our 4 and 7 year old had the best time of their lives! I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay, great location, beautiful beach. The Marco Island community is friendly and inviting, they always make you feel welcome.

The apartment is very nice, nicely furnished, great size for a family of 2-4. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a balcony to chill outside and looking partially to the bay which is beautiful. The pool is a huge plus, including a hot tub! It has it’s own parking lot, also an elevator which was very convenient! There were beach equipments included and a beach car - it was amazing! The beaches are short drives away, public parking is available so not a big deal. Tom is very responsive, check-in and check-out go super smooth and flexible. An absolutely great deal to stay here:)

We've rented other condos for years all over the country, but this one has been the best experience. The host answered every question I had in a timely manner. They provided little extras that you might need if you've flown in. Shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. I liked that we could go downstairs to the restaurant next door for a drink, then a sit on the beach. The location was good too. Not a lot of traffic down that way, so that was nice. Many restaurants and grills in a 5 mile radius. The condo is nicely decorated. Bed was comfy. Furniture was comfy. If we ever get the chance, we'll be going back. I highly recommend it.

Stacy was great and very responsive! The condo had beautiful views of the marina. Pool was very clean and close to the condo. We usually had it to ourselves. Many great beaches within a short drive! Our daughter lives in Naples and we were there to welcome our first granddaughter so we stayed a few weeks and it had everything we needed! The beach chairs worked out great! Thank you Stacy!

So impressed. Lindsey was an extremely responsive and personable host. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were not many guests during our stay, so the pool area was quiet. We loved the view of the large pool area from our balcony. Would definitely rent this condo again since the location is convenient to many good restaurants, grocery store, the beach, and, more importantly, to where our son lives in Bonita Beach.
