Monthly Rentals in Aveley

We really love the place.. It was close to the places we wanted to visit around the area (less than 30 mins drive). Owner was also very responsive when we had issues with the wifi.. Overall a very good experience and recommended.

It was my 1st time visit to Perth together with my wife and 4 years old kid. We wanted to have a place with complete home amenities, especially with a dryer considering winter season in Jun/Jul. This place has it all. Location is found to be great too, with nearby supermarkets, fast foods and a mall - Ellenbrook Central. Place also felt as my own home with teabags...coffee etc. at kitchen to use. Collection of personal books is a unique add-on and at your own choice to read. Last but not least, this place is directly in front of school (college) but it is not noisy. Nice environment. Probably one little upgrade is to have a bigger TV screen. Such a spacious living room but small TV. Oh yes...perhaps the key can be tagged to the garage remote control. Just by luck, I noticed the remote is placed at the tray/front desk. All in all, a great place to stay! Would consider to stay again for future visit to Perth! Thanks Dorsa and Karolina! For being such a great host & responsive! Cheers!

Had every thing we needed shops close by beds nice to sleep in easy clean would of like some chairs to sit out side need more toilet paper and bin bags but no for next time great place would stay again next trip if its close to where i need to go thank you

Great place to stay! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
