Beautiful traditional house, very well maintained and with everything we needed. It is in a very quiet residential area but very close to Avilés. Nuria was very communicative and made everything very easy for us. I would definitely repeat.

Very warm welcome from Mercedes' brother, we enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful region. The accommodation is beautifully restored and nothing is missing. Mercedes is very attentive to the residents: delicious pastries on arrival, all the good restaurant addresses. Do not hesitate to stop in this pretty village.

Luis Manuel is not only welcoming, friendly, but he is strong in terms of proposals. The cottage is perfect and ideally placed to discover Asturias.

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

Great place and suitable for going with family, couples and friends. The house is in perfect condition and very well prepared, very detailed and attentive owner. There are areas for picnics and pleasant walks in the surroundings, plenty of parking nearby, well connected to the center. Highly recommended

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

The accommodation is true to the listing. Simple and with everything you need and basic. Very good cleanliness and no superfluous things, very practical. Vanessa super friendly, even allowed us to check out a few hours later. Very close to Avilés, with bus and train stops next door.

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. In addition, Gema was super kind and attentive at all times, which made us feel at home.

Fabulous spacious apartment . Great views and very central for sightseeing and just wandering around Oviedo which is a friendly and vibrant city. Beautiful shady park. Easy access to the coast using local buses. All in all would recommend Javiers apartment if you want a comfortable, clean and well equipped place to stay.

The apartment is very nice and a phenomenal view. We also enjoyed the pool very much, although it was still a bit cool. The apartment is well furnished and we felt very comfortable. Juanjo also lives on the property, speaks good English, is very nice and helps quickly! We felt very comfortable and would also like to come back one day.

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. We'll start by saying that both the apartment and the hosts' service far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do the apartment justice. The place has beautiful and functional details in every corner and the attention and care provided by the hosts is appropriate. Everything is thought out and cared for so that the arrival, the stay and the departure are all a pleasure. We've been to many Airbnbs but this one takes the cake. And not to mention the location. In the center of everything and everything within reach. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return to Ignacio and Tete's house. We miss you already!

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Host assistance was always responsive. The bar/restaurant scene is expansive and accessible. Historical landmarks abound, all within a short walk. Highy recommended.
