Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Avon

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights and we loved it! Very comfortable, peaceful, and quiet area despite being near I-70. Would recommend this place to others and would come back!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our group of 5. Beautiful Mountain views from almost every room made this such a lovely stay. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large closet and really comfortable bed. We hope to return soon!

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

We had the best time!!! We travelled between Memorial Day and the beginning of June and Keystone was pretty well shut down which was slightly disappointing for our teen kids who were hoping to do some exploring. The house was so comfortable, everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked great meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and we drove down to Breckenridge for restaurants and more of a vibe. Keith and Bruce were so kind and responsive. We’d love to come back to Keystone when there’s more happening!

We had an amazing stay! We got engaged during our stay as well and everything was perfect. Great communication with the host, Shelley, easy check in, great location, and a cute cabin with awesome decor and had everything we needed.

Fit our family perfectly. Bunk beds and little fenced in patio were nice to have. Great place in a convenient location in the mountains. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

This place was perfect for our family of 3 + dog—LOVED walking to everything along Breck’s Main Street!!!!

We had a great time at Gwen's place. She kept in touch with us and sent us instructions on how to check in. She also sent codes for the rec center with the pool, hot tubs, work out room, and game room. Gwen also let us check in early, which was a huge help since we brought a dog with us. The place was plenty big for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were updated. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the creek outback was beautiful. The location between Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Dillon is great. We highly recommend this place.

Valerie’s place is in a great location and easy to find. It is next to several ski resorts and an easy walk to Main Street. Valerie responded quickly to all my questions. We had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay here in Avon! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also had a crib and a high chair for us which made travelling with our little one very easy! Highly recommend!

Nesteled in a quiet neighborhood in Eagle-Vail we felt right at home at Dany's place. The unit backs-up to a public golf course, lots of great trails like Stone Creek and a wonderful bike path very close. If you want to go into Vail/Lionshead or BC village the bus system is wonderful, very close, easy to navigate and the bus drivers were very helpful and friendly. We loved eating at Ti Amo, and had everything we needed to cook at home and enjoy meals on the deck. There was a tiny hiccup with our check-in, Dany went above and beyond to help us through it. The unit is beautiful and modern, I just wish we were there longer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The Condo = Superb! Spacious, clean, bright light, and exactly as or better than the pictures and descriptions. The Host = Excellent! Allie is welcoming, friendly, prompt, and clearly wants to be sure your visit is a total success. The Location = Outstanding! Incredible access to the gondola, the town of Avon, and the Westin Resort. You are getting everything this listing presents to you and much much more. A no-brainer choice and we’ll be back for sure. The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

Kevin is a great guy, super friendly, easy to talk to, if I lived here I’d invite him out for a beer. The place is great, no surprises just look at photos. The outside area is fantastic, You’re looking at beaver creek from the couch. My dogs loved the gated and fenced back yard. Super close to town. I will 100% call Kevin first when I’m coming back to town to see if this spot is open again!!

The condo was perfect for our needs. It is right across the street from the shuttle to Beaver Creek Village, easy to get to and a great location! We had one small issue that was addressed and fixed immediately. Nice small patio, great showers, updated with new appliances, nice fireplace and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Garth’s place was a great place! We always love staying at the Westin in Avon but this unit had great little treasures included. The staff is so friendly and the views from the bar + pool deck are beyond stunning. Highly recommend!
