OBX Avon - Dog Friendly Home - Short Walk to Beach

"Park Place" is a short walk to the ocean. Ramp 38 is .2 miles away for 4x4 beach access. The Canadian hole is less than 2 miles - kiteboarders , sound side day use and beautiful sunsets at night. The first level of our home has a large living area with cathedral ceilings. All vinyl floors. It offers a well equipped kitchen for a fish fry dinner and a dining area with 2 sets of sliders to access the 2nd floor deck. The deck has a picnic table and adirondak chairs for the afternoon sun.

2024 built- Ocean-side!

Our 2024 construction, located just a short walk to the beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom. The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.

Three bedroom (Q, Q, pyramid bunk w/trundle) , 2.5 bathroom comfortable cottage with a 90 second walk to the beach. We are 2 blocks from the Avon Pier, centrally located. We have an outdoor shower and covered carport, and a basketball hoop for play. Decking on the front and back side of the house allows you to choose sun or shade. An open living space on the top floor allows for great views and family gathering.
