Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Avoriaz, Morzine

it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. I look forward to seeing them again if the opportunity arises.

Great place, peaceful, fantastic view.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but it didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a very good stay. The accommodation allowed us to be calm, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

The listing was perfectly in line with the photos and description. We stayed 5 without any problems. Stéphanie was perfect and allowed us an early arrival ( a day of skiing won😉). I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

A great beautiful home central to everything in Chamonix. Easy to walk from bus and train and the views out the back windows were the best. Loved the cozy feel of the house and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located with stunning views of the resort. Close parking and amenities which is very convenient for check-in and check-out. Easy and convenient ski access with locker available and ski-in/ski-out access. The atmosphere is cosi and the decor is very nice. You can't get enough of this view when you're on the balcony. Everything was great, I'll be back with pleasure.

We had a stay at 4 for a week of skiing, the apartment is super, well located, at the foot of the slopes, the amenities are all very recent, the bathroom and kitchen was undoubtedly redone recently and everything is rather very modern! , it is very pleasant to live in and the bedding is comfortable which may be rare in this type of seasonal rental, Small downside which is not the fault of the owner but unfortunately quite disturbing at check-in, it is the cleanliness of the apartment which was really not clean when we arrived, hair on the bedding, dust sheep, hair in the toilet and bathroom...the cleaning being done by a concierge, the owner is not responsible for it nevertheless it is a shame because everything else is really great!

Anthony’s apartment is in a perfect location close to the village. The balcony has amazing views. The apartment had everything you could need, was super comfortable, and warm and we didn’t even need the heating. It is spacious and clean, the bedrooms are to the rear so nice and private. Having a bath was an added luxury. Anthony’s communication was superb and updated us about everything. The arrival document sent is so informative and excellent. Check in was from 3pm which is rare in Avoriaz and great for us with our arrival time. Check out also was made easy. Don’t hesitate to book as this is a great place to stay. Big thank you to Anthony who made our stay just perfect. Bravo! We would love to return!

Great small apartment, we were afraid to be a little cramped with our 2 children aged 5 and 8 who are very dynamic and used to being outside but ultimately not at all , there is a lot of storage which allows you to keep space , the apartment is ideally located , the ski school and the first lift are less than 5 minutes away in hand watch and ski-in/ski-out! The best! We will come back to Carole and Bruno's!

Our stay at Cyril's went very well. The apartment matches the photos, a great view of the mountain and Lake Avoriaz, quiet. Good to know: a little walking from the parking lot to get to the apartment (100% pedestrian station). Small downside however for the clic clac, the mattress has lived a little. That said, we had a nice week of family vacation.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

It is exactly as described. Can't beat the location. Steps to everything and ski right out the door. It's even nice that Maud's place is on the ground level floor, so you don't have to take the lift or stairs. Full recommendation from our family of 4.

The good Host was very kind. Always responded to our questions. The place is simply in amazing location. So easy to ski in and out. Lots of restaurants next door and two supermarkets close by. Place was clean especially the kitchen. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable. The bad pillows weren’t comfortable. Very hard and big. I would suggest to the host to Change pillows to something better quality. I also didn’t like that the bedroom with the windows was noisy because trucks load and unload early morning and make beeping noises. Like all apartments in these ski stations you will hear the walking of the people above you.

Super nice host, a very nice phone call to explain everything to us before our arrival, always responsive. The accommodation is frankly perfect for 2, refurbished, very small but super functional with everything you need. We will come back with great pleasure, the landscapes are breathtaking, lots of hikes, activities and restaurants nearby. Thank you very much Mathieu.

Ideal stay to enjoy the mountains. Everything is there and the location is great. Shop, ski rental, cafe and restaurants are close by and everything is very accessible. recommended!
