Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Avoriaz, Morzine

Our stay was most enjoyable. The house offers all the amenities for a week-long stay. Thirty minutes from the train station, the walk is pleasant. We appreciated the cleanliness of the premises and the modernity of the facilities.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this Chalet hosted by ManaHomes. Chalet itself is beautiful and great location within walking distance to Chamonix town centre. The hosts were really good, communication was perfect and sorted us out with travel cot and high chair for our baby with no problems. I couldn’t recommend this place any higher, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Great place, peaceful, fantastic view.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in! The host is kind, responsive, and extraordinary helpful. We felt welcomed and right at home. You sleep right beside the stars and wake up to the sun on lake Geneva. Perfection. Plus, all of the extra recommendations and transportation passes are such a bonus!

We had a stay at 4 for a week of skiing, the apartment is super, well located, at the foot of the slopes, the amenities are all very recent, the bathroom and kitchen was undoubtedly redone recently and everything is rather very modern! , it is very pleasant to live in and the bedding is comfortable which may be rare in this type of seasonal rental, Small downside which is not the fault of the owner but unfortunately quite disturbing at check-in, it is the cleanliness of the apartment which was really not clean when we arrived, hair on the bedding, dust sheep, hair in the toilet and bathroom...the cleaning being done by a concierge, the owner is not responsible for it nevertheless it is a shame because everything else is really great!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Ski in ski out and near bars, shops and restaurants. Victoria the host was extremely helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here and we are hoping to return in December.

Great apartment, very well arranged with a beautiful living room, super well appointed kitchen and large shower. Rarely seen an apartment for 4 people. It is ideally located close to all shops, renters and of course the slopes. Olivier is also a very responsive super host, offering good places and activities. He was super accommodating when we left. Great small apartment, we were afraid to be a little cramped with our 2 children aged 5 and 8 who are very dynamic and used to being outside but ultimately not at all , there is a lot of storage which allows you to keep space , the apartment is ideally located , the ski school and the first lift are less than 5 minutes away in hand watch and ski-in/ski-out! The best! We will come back to Carole and Bruno's!

It was a very nice stay

Fantastic apartment and location for our first family holiday with a 4 month old. Location is excellent, all amenities close by, ski in ski out with a ski locker. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped with lovely decor giving it a home feel. A good amount of sockets in the apartment and bedding and towels where provided. Check in Instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Would happily recommend this apartment to others and I would also happily book again.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

This apartment deserves its rating. This is the prettiest ski apartment we've ever stayed in! The view is beautiful, the accommodation is quiet but close to shops and entertainment.

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

It is exactly as described. Can't beat the location. Steps to everything and ski right out the door. It's even nice that Maud's place is on the ground level floor, so you don't have to take the lift or stairs. Full recommendation from our family of 4.

The good Host was very kind. Always responded to our questions. The place is simply in amazing location. So easy to ski in and out. Lots of restaurants next door and two supermarkets close by. Place was clean especially the kitchen. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable. The bad pillows weren’t comfortable. Very hard and big. I would suggest to the host to Change pillows to something better quality. I also didn’t like that the bedroom with the windows was noisy because trucks load and unload early morning and make beeping noises. Like all apartments in these ski stations you will hear the walking of the people above you.

Ideal stay to enjoy the mountains. Everything is there and the location is great. Shop, ski rental, cafe and restaurants are close by and everything is very accessible. recommended!

The apartment is small but cosy and well equipped. We were two adults and a child and it was fine for us, size wise. The weather was warm so we made good use of the balcony and its beautiful mountain views. The location is excellent. You can ski right from the door to an easy blue run to the lifts. It would also be possible to walk to the area that the ski schools meet for lessons for complete beginners. There is a nice restaurant very close by (La Falaise) and the supermarket is 100m. It’s an easy walk down to the centre of the village. I would definitely recommend staying here!
