We have created this large 25 m2 studio attached to our house with a separate entrance and accessible via a classic staircase. Everything is new. You will have no parking problems and if necessary you will have access to our spacious garage for your vehicle or other equipment (bicycle, motorcycle...). The entrance is through the garden. The studio is composed of a large living space (night area and well-defined kitchen area) and its bathroom with spacious shower.

This single-story accommodation, for 4 people, 1 min walk from the "Bascule" tram stop is very bright and independent. You will be quiet in a cul-de-sac, with your own private entrance and free parking. Located in the city center, 5 min walk to local shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) and 50 m from a greenway for your walks. Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
