Located in the heart of the city of Avrille, at the foot of the tram and bus, you will be in the city center of Angers in less than 20 minutes. Also very close to the beautiful banks of the Mayenne and the Loire, golf and the Terra Botanica park! Very clean and tidy accommodation with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

This accommodation is very clean, it is located in the countryside while being close to the city, 400 m from an Auchan and 700 m from the Tram, it was renovated in 2020. It is completely independent. This accommodation offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. A bedroom area with dressing room and a 160 cm bed.
