The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be easily reached by ski bus or a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. Bus stop "Axams Apotheke/M-Preis" 12 minutes away. Parking space on request. Tourist tax per person/night is €3.

The 50 m² first floor apartment is located in Götzens, a quiet and central location, just a few kilometers from Innsbruck. It includes: a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and a practical sofa bed (120 x 200 cm). Nearby is a farm shop, supermarket, bakery, doctor and a bus stop. The Götzner Bahn, Mutterer Alm and Axamer Lizum ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity and offer numerous recreational opportunities.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. My place is for a maximum of 4 guests! Innsbruck and the Axamer Lizum can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop "Axams Terminal Kögele" is a 3-minute walk. The area invites you to ski and hike. The apartment is located on the first floor of our private family house and has a large balcony (20m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains. Parking place is available.

With Studio One, we realised the holiday apartment for solo travellers in July 2020. The apartment is equipped with a bed (no extra beds!) Kitchenette, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom, table and desk. At Haus Kinspergher there are 3 apartments with a maximum of 10 guests. In the garden is a swimming pool with 7x3 m and a sauna in the house.
