Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. La Longère

Our fully renovated accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to discover our beautiful champagne capital. Located 10 minutes' walk from the city center with its cafes and restaurants; 15 minutes from Avenue de Champagne. Each room has a private shower or bathtub. A bottle of champagne will be offered. Possibility of visiting and tasting our production in the cellar.

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres cottage, labeled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.
