Monthly Rentals in Accra

It was great. The environment is beautiful and within easy reach of the shopping mall

This is such a cozy place. I really enjoyed my stay. It's just the right place to escape to after a hectic day in Accra. The kitchen is well-equipped. The living room and bathroom are nice. And the terrace is perfect for a drink with friends.

Seth is a great host and his place is lovely. I had some visa issues to start but he was very understanding about the situation which was extremely appreciated. The unit is very spacious, designed well, and comfortable. It's located in a very residential area but also just a 7 min walk to Lagos St where you have access to grocery stores, restaurants, ATMs, street food, clubs, etc. - all within about 10 min walk from the home. The area is nice for outdoor runs, too. Being in close proximity to Accra Mall was also very convenient (5 min drive), however, it was a bit away from Osu/Labone/Cantonments at the same time. The main problems I ran into was regarding power outages (seemed to be more than other places I stayed in Accra and lasted up to a few hours at times), excessive dust on the floors, and the kitchen could use some basics like filtered water for drinking, salt, oil, sugar, etc. None of the above are deal breakers though so I'd be happy to return again :)

This is a great apartment in a prime Accra location. The unit is exactly as described. I rented it because of the balcony / view and I was not disappointed. Ben-Ike provided clear instructions and was extremely responsive to any inquires. This will be my “go-to” rental when I am in Accra.
