Monthly Rentals in Aykley Heads

We had a great time and really appreciated how spotlessly clean and well thought out the apartment was, especially the small thoughtful touches.

A small flat in the basement of a well-kept townhouse. The flat is well designed, and equally well furnished. It has everything you need. The wifi works well. From the place it is easy to walk to area with shops and restaurants, as well as the centre of Durham. The train station and bus station are a 10 minute walk away.

This ultra clean accommodation is a good base for the attractions of Durham and Beamish historical park. The flat is comfortable and as warm as you need. Great shower. Good kitchen and sitting area. Private area outside. Walking into town isn’t a problem. Walking back it is advisable to use a taxi. Uber was very quick to respond. We would go again!

Lisa's place is exactly what it looks like in the photos. Better even, as they take care of little comforts such as tea, coffee, basic groceries, soaps, towels etc, which makes you feel at ease. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Utensils etc. Lisa and Steve are friendly, helpful and quick to respond online. The location is a bit of a hill climb, but very close to both train and bus stations, and Durham City centre. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend it to others. Thanks Lisa and Steve!
