This small chalet/studio, in the heart of the peaceful village of Ayn, is ideally located between Lake Aiguebelette (10 minutes by car) and the mountain, offering many activities in the immediate vicinity (hiking, paragliding, etc.). Located on our land, it is an independent accommodation with two private terraces, a small living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a mezzanine bedroom area and a bathroom. Ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility!

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Welcome to Novalaise in this former carpentry workshop converted into a comfortable apartment. Its geographical location will allow you to discover a region made up of lakes and mountains, green landscapes but also sites steeped in history and culture. You will live to the rhythm of the village near Lake Aiguebelette but also highways allowing you quick access to many sites in Savoie, Haute Savoie, Isère or Ain. Our home will be yours!

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
