PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Detached chalet luxuriously appointed with smart TV with Netflix .silent ,good sized fridge, kettle ,toaster microwave,iron and board) comfortable king size bed with large bedside tables with plenty of clothes storage, and hanging space.there is a small table with chairs stored under the bed,so can be used for meals or a work space.we have a newly refurbished bathroom,with massive walk in shower..there is outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

Welwyn Village - Modern, cosy 2/ 3 bed home!

Our newly-refurbished end terrace house, is nestled in leafy Hertfordshire village, Old Welwyn - with only a 5min drive to Welwyn North or 8 min to Welwyn Garden City train stations. This is a main line 20min trip to Kings Cross. 5 minute walk into the village, with 7 pubs and a variety of restaurants/takeaways such as Indian, Greek, Italian & Mediterranean. The village also has a Tesco Express and BP/M&S for those last minute goodies! .

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.
