Our traditional Mongolian yurt is located on pasture land at our home on the edge of the Galloway Forest, a Dark Sky Park. With sunset views in one direction & the peaks of the Southern Uplands in the other, enjoy the panorama or sit by the River Cree, which crosses our land. Relax in the wood fired hot tub, sauna & plunge pool (extra fee applies). 10 mins from Loch Trool, mountain bike trails, wild swimming spots & hiking routes, guests are perfectly placed to explore this unspoilt region.

Nestled amongst the majestic Scottish hills of The Trossachs National Park, the hidden gem of Balquhidder Glen is home to The Hogget Hut. This shepherd’s hut offers a unique, secluded escape for honeymooners, adventure seekers, and anyone looking to relax, unwind, and soak up the stunning scenery. Enjoy the beauty of Loch Voil, explore the hills or watch the wildlife. Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub or retreat to the Nordic-style BBQ hut* to round off the day (*subject to availability).

Southburn Bothies

Located in the heart of Lanarkshire, right on the Clyde Valley, our luxury glamping pod is situated on our working family farm. With all the home comforts you need, surrounded by stunning views of the farm, it is the ideal place to escape for a peaceful weekend away. Our Glamping Pod sleeps 2 adults and 1 child, with a double bed and fold down sofa bed. All bed linen and towels are provided. Fire Pit bundle of logs, kindling and firelighters available. The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Carrick Lodge at The Old Church, secluded retreat

Carrick Lodge is one of two lodges within the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church. Set in a semi-rural location, it is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a lovely private, secluded and sheltered covered decking area with wood burning stove, allowing you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
