Musaib was always warm, helpful, and friendly. My friend and I had a wonderful time over here. It really feels like living in a chill friend’s house. The kitchen is well stocked and very nicely placed. There’s also a gated parking area which was very helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend this place — not just for the convenient location and friendly host, but also for the delicious Turkish coffee that we got to taste.

I stayed here during my solo trip, and I can confidently say that this is a valuable and safe place to stay, especially for a woman traveling alone. I felt secure throughout my stay. Musaib, the owner, is very kind and always ready to help whenever needed. The amenities are comprehensive, and everything you might need is available, including a well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washing machine and a drying rack. Additionally, the accommodation is conveniently located near shops and the main road, making it easy to travel to various places. I could easily walk to buy things or find food. Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially solo female travelers. It’s not only cost-effective but also safe and feels like home.

albeit the no of homestays in kashmir is not that too much but we still were very keen to stay in one for our first trip first day at srinagar we got really lucky to be accommodated in Musadiq’s homestay. it’s a newly established stay with fresh renovated interiors and accessories. Very cozy set up just like a local’s cultural home. Musadiq himself cooked a locally delicious chicken curry with rice and salan/sides which was yum. He himself waited for long till we had our dinner which shows the rich hospitality culture of srinagar. Very open and warm to share some great insights from his family, experiences and recommendations for us. House exteriors are equally beautiful as its interiors. The caretakers are also very helpful and kind. Prepared fresh local breakfast. I also had plucked pomegranate from the garden which was delicious 🥰Very grateful for everything received ❤️☺️

Its been a wonderful stay over there.we always felt like it was our home. It was super clean and had all the amenities mentioned earlier. Mutahir family was very helpful and they took care of my mother. We would highly recommend this place to travelling with family and we look forward to staying here again in future.

Ik Inn Homestay is in letter and spirit a Home away from home. Ik Inn has been an awesome luxury place to stay in Srinagar especially for family/friends group. Not only the bedrooms; even lobby, drawing and dining areas, all are richly worked with wood and other furnishings in sprawling space for a comfortable living. To top up the above, food served was as good as the home food. Food of choicest variety viz Panjabi, Kashmiri etc was made available as requested. We, a family group of four sub-families stayed there for three days and everyone enjoyed and relished the stay at Ik Inn, so much so, one of the families from USA observed this to be their best stay from their over 50 years of International travelling. All the kudos for the property owner Mr Ravneet Singh and manager Rohit Pal.
