Amazing apartment in a centrally located, but quiet location. Check-in was easy and Chuyên left plenty of amenities in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Kevin provided clear instruction for check in, the entire process was smooth and easy. The room was amazing and clean, with a spa just at the entrance of the building. Ordering food delivery was seamless and easy too. However, the washer is located at the roof of the building and it’s shared with other units.

Ruby is very professional and accommodating. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day and she arranged it swiftly for us. She also tried her best to get the apartment ready for us to check in early. Overall she is lovely to work with.

Great apartment walkable distance to restaurants , convenience stores and main attractions. Being located in District One means tours will pick you up out front which is super convenient. Host really responsive ; kindly gave us a late check out for a small fee.

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.
