We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. BEST HOST EVER!! I’ve stayed in AirBnbs in over 30 countries now and Tina is the best host I’ve had. She was so responsive, kind and incredibly helpful. I had a meeting for work with a man who couldn’t speak English and Tina took the time to come and act as a translator, all without asking. I am so incredibly grateful to her. I wouldn’t have been able to have a successful meeting without her help. The place is spotless and location is amazing. Highly highly recommend, you can’t go wrong!! Will 100% be back soon.

If you cross one river, you can meet the latest Ho Chi Minh City.. Can the view/view/night view be in this price range accommodation? Even if you have doubts. There are many restaurants nearby and convenient shopping at GS25.. Grab Taxi is also quick and inexpensive for about 50,000 won by Grab to the middle of downtown District 1 ~ ~ With this accommodation equipped with a living room and a terrace.. The hotel now has nothing to do. It will be the best/best choice.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

my family with a group of fourteen person live in this building, the host is really helpful with us and provide all the things we need. the house is really aesthetic and photo-able. one of the problem is we need to deal with the stair but its also help us to reach the steps hehe other than that there is nothing to be picky about.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

Host was very friendly and accommodating! Can be a little difficult to drive to District 1 if it’s peak hour, but plan ahead and you’ll be good to go. Would definitely recommend.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!
