Enjoyed my stay. Close to pyramids, clean unit, clean room, fast wifi, helpful host with access to affordable tours to main things to see. Close to main bus routes and can even walk to pyramids. Highly recommend this place. Provided me with pickup from airport and changed my money into egyptian pounds also upon arrival. Mido easy going, informative and always close by to help.

The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Mohamed was a very nice and caring host, allowing us to check in late at night and making us breakfast, on request, even on the day of check out. The room is located on the ground floor, so it is very comfortable with suitcases, and has a private bathroom. It is small but clean and equipped with every comfort: fridge, hairdryer, hot water in the bathroom, kettle for making tea. We are satisfied with our stay at Mohamed's and recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Belle Epoque. Our apartment was truly exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. The villa itself is a unique boutique property nestled in the quiet and atmospheric district of Maadi, which gave our stay a relaxed and refined feel. Breakfasts were excellent, with the option to dine inside the elegant dining room or outside by the pool — a perfect start to the day. Speaking of pools, there are two on the property, and our children were absolutely delighted. The staff were outstanding: kind, helpful, and wonderfully discreet. A peaceful oasis in Cairo — we would gladly return.

Nice, clean and quiet

Very convenient location, just across the ground floor from the museum, facing the Nile River, with a beautiful sunset view, 2 km from the train station, and easy access to Aswan.Muhammad was kind and replied quickly, gave any help, recommended to stay.

I recommend this place very, very highly. It's about as peaceful as it gets in the area, as Giza is a noisy city and here is on the edge of the desert and a nice village. It's a comfortable room with a nice balcony. There are views of the pyramids from the sunny roof. I had my best breakfasts and dinner in my two months in Egypt here. But the most important thing is that Mohammad really, really went out of his way to meet my needs, which are many. He knows a great deal about the sites and I felt really comfortable with him. He lived in Holland for 10 years and is very smart and easy going. But most uniquely, he has local relationships that allow him to take you to places that are not open to the public. Absolutely incredible horse ride in the desert. A real highlight of my trip. Just note that if you, like me, are used to being independent, you need to know that here you will be quite dependent on him for everything. There are not many shops or restaurants around and it's not easy to find the place on your own. But Mohammad is willing and able to get you everything you need. Just needs some mosquito spray for the room but I"m sure he can deal with that. Awesome place!

The place is perfect to go and spend a few days of rest in complete tranquility, the place is spacious and has what is necessary to have a good stay. Highly recommended👌

The hotel is the best there is in Egypt but you have to keep in mind that it is Egypt and not Europe

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boho-style villa. The interior was stunning – bright, clean, fragrant and decorated with attention to every detail. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis, perfect for a relaxing city break. We felt like home. The villa has a lovely garden and a pool, making it an ideal spot for both couples and families. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Menna, the host manager, took exceptional care of us – she was always available, kind, and went above and beyond to meet all our needs and expectations. She truly made us feel special 🤍 We tried also food which was so delicious tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. We were also treated to a romantic candle dinner on the rooftop, which I highly recommend requesting! The atmosphere was magical. The villa is in a great location, very close to the pyramids. And the rooftop view? Amazing! We recommend this place – it’s a hidden gem perfect for a romantic or a family stay

We liked Mohammed's accommodation very much. The roof terrace is particularly worth mentioning, which has a really beautiful view of the pyramids. There you can enjoy the food and a shisha. From Cairo Airport, it is 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. The pyramids, the Grand Museum Epyt and other sights are nearby, so there is plenty to do. The hotel makes a clean and well-kept impression and we are happy to recommend this accommodation, also because of the value for money.

This is a perfect low budget hotel. the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Right from booking the management were super helpful and I eventually booked all tours through them which gave me a total final bill rather than money being owed here and there. The tour guides were exceptional as were the drivers and also fairly priced. The rooftop restaurant has an incredible view and the food is spot on and ran by a lovely guy who takes great pride in what he does. The area is real in that it is every day life in Giza warts and all but at no time did I feel unsafe or intimidated. In fact, Egyptians respond to a smile or nod better than a lot of people at home do. There are one or two who claim to be able to get best prices on stuff but just ignore these and ask the hotel instead. If you're after alcohol use the local drinkies which is fair and honest. Watch out for nearby Abdul though who will tell you it is shut, it isn't. I found this hotel a perfect base with top notch staff.

Had a great stay at Essams. He helped me travel, find good places to eat and visit. Looking forward to visiting again. Lovely views of the step pyramid and the sunsets are amazing. Thanks again Essam.

Our stay here was pleasant with a lot of joy. The view is a BIG WOW and never gets old. The apartment was cozy and exactly as described. Host were very helpful, providing additional services and always smiling. Especially the guy with glasses (I am bad with names). He is the best receptionist ever!

Great place to stay. location was central so it was easy in night to walk around and have fun. easy to get an uber to pick you up if needed. also the breakfast was great. I really like this place, good spot to stay. Basmala and others helped make our stay great.
