We are fortunate to be within walking distance of the best places and restaurants in town and only 3 blocks from the public access to the lagoon. And if you need to work during your vacation, there is A/C throughout the house and we have high speed WIFI.

Cenote Negro Burrow (aka Studio)

The studio, also called "The Burrow", is close to the water's edge, complete with a A/C, king sized bed, kitchen with small fridge, 2 burner stove and toaster oven, reverse osmosis water filter, large desk with high speed internet, and shared use of the dock (and kayaks/SUP). Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes' drive from downtown Bacalar. The space on the lagoon is peaceful and private from other properties. There are two other units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
