Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bacolod City

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely place to stay with my family. Great having a pool to keep the kids cool during the warm weather. Home has all the amenities you need. Clean and tidy. We had family over and it was great to have the outdoor area to have them over. Thank you for a lovely stay and being a great host.

The place is nice, clean and safe. It's really good for family and barkada. The caretakers are friendly and approachable.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

We enjoyed our stay on this humble home! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Self check-in is a plus since we can just immediately enter the place without waiting for them to arrive. Also, the space is very clean and tidy. Everything we need is already included. Will definitely recommend this place!!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at RCS Homestay and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff most esp.the owner Sir Jojo & Mam Chona went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were beautifully designed coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The location made exploring the city a breeze, plus factor the karaoke & music and we get to binge watch from Netflix. All rolled into one, indeed. HONESTY observed: One of the Nanay’s left her cellphone in the room, the host called in to inform along with few stuffs left behind. They were just too kind to get through all the effort to sending it back. We are all 27 pax, from the church of Lugo, Borbon Cebu by the way. Our Parish Priest, love the place and my comapanions were already saving this place for their next visit as I was in mine. Daghang Salamat Sir Jojo and Mam Chona. Highly recommended!” 11/10

By far the best ABnB we have stayed in Bacolod so far! Place was nice and comfortable. I was impressed by the comfortable King size bed and my 7 month old daughter had a blast squirming and rolling all over it, haha. It was also very convenient that Robinsons Mall is a quick inside walkto get your necessities and snacks. Staff was incredibly nice and the swimming pool was nice and warm with a great view. I will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great place! I will suggest it to anyone I know going to Bacolod for anything. Well appointed and everything pristine. The great Host was exactly that, Great! Her restaurant suggestions were impeccable. The chicken inasal at the Chicken House is the best in the Philippines so far. The marinated Marlin at Aboy's was delicious. Gunny's burger is better than my mom's, dad's and uncle's! Don't forget to go back to the sites at night a totally different feel. Enjoy.

I really felt like at home there. It's a small, bet very cozy apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful, her stuff was very nice, too. I am really happy, and when I will be back to the Philippines, perhaps I will choose this condo again.

The unit is so clean, comfy, cozy and complete with appliances/furnitures. It is a great place for quick/ long trip to Bacolod. Also, Jhen is a great host, she is responsive and assisted me immediately on my queries. I would definitely recommend this place and will rebook when I come back to Bacolod.

It’s accessible to nearby fastfood, walkable to NGC and megaworld. All in all it was great place to stay☺️

The place was absolutely clean, with a nice view of the city, overlooking the sea and greens on the other side. The host is so passionate with her place and extremely thoughtful for getting us a parking; even paid for it as her gift for me and my hubby’s anniversary. Had a little honesty store inside the room in her li’l pantry which is absolutely fun as guests could leave notes and dimes around. My family enjoyed our stay in her place and felt really at home with all the things that we need. Will definitely recommend to others and will surely be back again 🥰💕

Check in was easy, and the place was very nice.

I stayed here for a year last year and so I was looking forward to the comfort. What a level up with the sofa, painting and cupboard in the toilet to meet guests needs. Love the responsiveness of the host Ms Mary on site too. Thank you both so much, Ms Michelle & Ms Mary for having me again!
