This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rai’s Place. Sir Rai is very responsive despite catching flights in between. Everything that you need is already there, we were able to cook food, whole house is air-conditioned and we really felt at home. Could not describe more kay dabest gid amon stay. Planning to stay there again if ever we get a chance to travel again. Kudos to Sir Rai!

Had a great stay at this place! Miss Pheny was so responsive and patient about my inquiries since it was my first time traveling in BCD. Definitely worth the buck! the location is great since it’s near the mall and other fast food chains.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

The condo is as advertised. The location listed on gmaps is incorrect as it led us half a kilometer away from the actual condo. Communication during check in with the host was difficult while we were lost because she kept telling my girlfriend, “It’s on the corner! It’s on the corner!” Seriously? There are corners on every street we’ve passed! Repeating “it’s on the corner” over and over and over doesn’t help us…And to make matters worse, the host failed to send us the proper security clearance paperwork for the gate guard to let us in when we finally found the condo, so we had to wait in the lobby until she got us the paperwork. The check in process was a complete fail.

The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. Title: Excellent Stay at Jenia's Condo! I recently stayed at Jenia’s condo and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it very inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Jenia was an exceptional host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions I had. I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. I would love to come back!

It was a short notice stay but I was very happy we were able to book with them. Very accessible and Metro Ayala is just in front of the Condo. Also, SM is more or less 10 minutes away. Plus, the owner is very responsive and you feel secure inside the condo since they have tight security protocols. I highly recommended them if you’re planning to stay in Bacolod.

Super satisfied kami sa accommodation, 1 day lang kami nag stay because we need to leave bacolod city, nakakatuwa kase responsive ang host and also helpful samin in terms of finding food specifically sa rice nag offer pa mag saing for us! 😅 this is recommended place! Super near pa sa airport

The host was very responsive and friendly. Arrived late (early morning) but still we were accommodated and welcomed. Place was peaceful and quiet but near the city center (10min drive). Walking distnace to Supermarket, laundry and eateries. Excellent stay in Bacolod!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay at Ms. Jirah G's lovely home. The check-in/out process was seamless, and the place was spotless. The house is very spacious, perfect for large family gathering. We had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The caretakers were very helpful and accommodating, too. We highly recommend this place!

The location couldn't have been better – situated in a charming and safe neighborhood, it was easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like soap and toalitries, It was evident that the host had put a lot of thought into making their space feel like a true home away from home.
