Beautiful 2-room old building apartment (built in 1889 - renovated in 2007) with fantastic views of Bad Gastein, bedroom with pine furniture and general ski storage. Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa. It is for 2-4 people. (max 6) set up It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center. The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!
