The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. The inside was completely renovated in 2021, and boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The 2 bedrooms (one interior) sleep 5. All the nature and amenities sit right at the doorstep. Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy!

The newly renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential complex and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath/shower and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bright living room and a balcony with seating. Wi-Fi and TV are included. The complex is a few minutes' walk from the center of Bad Gastein and the ski bus stop. Parking spaces in front of the house, a laundry room, a bicycle room, a lift and a ski room with boot heating are also available.

The apartment, overlooking the mountains of Gastein, is available with a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and oven fully equipped. Bathroom/ toilet with bathtub, living room with dining area and pull-out couch, additional built-in closet with mirror. Bed for 2 people. Wi-Fi is free for you, as well as free parking is available right in front of the house. Balcony with seating possibility. A washing machine and dryer are available opposite a fee.

The approx. 140 m2, cozy apartment is located in a typical, traditional Gasteiner Haus, built in 1929. From the apartment you can look out on the sensational backdrop of Bad Gastein, Gamskarkogl and the Gasteinertal. It is close to the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade and is a great starting point for HIKES, thermal baths, GOLFING, HORSEBACK RIDING and SCHI excursions. It is about 10 minutes walk from the waterfall and center. My family loves this place of specialness.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Hanglage und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bad Hofgastein und die umliegende Bergwelt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.
