It features a high-quality box-spring sofa bed, open-plan kitchen/living room, luxurious bathroom, and a sleeping area with a box-spring bed. An outdoor parking space is included.

Welcome to the southern city in Germany! The apartment with a combined living and sleeping room offers space for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu High Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, swimming lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and dining options, a train station, a bus stop and bike rental are within walking distance of the apartment. The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

The apartment is located at a great starting point to explore the Allgäu. All ski & hiking areas can be reached quickly and easily. The balcony is unique and offers unobstructed views of the mountains and valleys. Good road connections in a quiet location above half of Sonthofen with direct city bus connection at the doorstep. Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Quietly located on the outskirts of Sonthofen is the studio house wirbelArt with a charming apartment. In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light) there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
