Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for guests with physical disabilities. There is also plenty of space for our little guests to play and discover.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
