Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

Cozy ground floor apartment in the oldest district of Bad Tölz, close to Schlossplatz and Marktstraße. The house is 250 years old and lovingly renovated. On 35 sqm there is a small SZ with bunk bed (optionally 90 x 200 or 2 x 90 x 200 with in the second case a low bed depth and a cramped room should be considered). Kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a BZ and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm) Always happy to ask about the city and surroundings.

Only for 1 or 2 Persons (included Children)! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The apartment is great for couples, traveling alone, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
